Expressive Arts Therapy

Healing through Creativity

Expressive Arts Therapy is a multi-modal, integrative approach to healing and personal growth that uses the power of creative expression—through visual arts, movement, music, writing, and

drama—to support emotional well-being, self-discovery, and mental health.

What is Expressive Arts Therapy?

Unlike traditional talk therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy invites individuals to explore emotions,

memories, and challenges through creative processes.

You don’t need to be an artist—what

matters is your willingness to explore and express.
